Made-to-order policy
Every QARIRA print is produced to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; once production has started, we can't cancel it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, our Damage Protection Guarantee covers you. Email info@qarira.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered instantly and are non-refundable. If a file doesn't open or is corrupted, contact us and we'll resend it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
